MATTERS ARISING
Hall Street Remedials required, pavement at Café Bluebell also requires repair.
Town centre traffic management Council admitted it needs some changes.
4. POLICE SCOTLAND REPORT
No report received from Police
- COUNCILLOR’S REPORT
Cllr MacPherson gave following report:
Shortage of dentists. Lack of dentists in town matter being raised in Scottish Parliament.
CC advised to contact the relevant authorities with their concerns.
Burnside Square Proposal. Multi use Car park and event space proposed as the preferred option, plans to be given out in due course.
Road Conditions. Cllr agreed that there is repairs needed but due to budget constraints only emergency repairs are likely to be carried out.
Cllr Kelly gave the following report.
Local Primary Schools Condition of both primary schools causing concern. CC to contact D Hendrie to support calls for a new school.
Traffic Management. Jim Smith admitted it needs some changes.
Empty Buildings. Condition of White Hart Hotel and Old Post Office causing concern.

S Byrne gave a very interesting presentation on behalf of Dalintober and Millknowe Tenants and Residents Association. Steve has represented this group at a national level and has been instrumental in developing policies. He circulated a Regional Network Newsletter and highlighted the current consultations underway by the Scottish Government. VN thanked Steve for his informative talk. - AOCB

Meeting with Forestry Scotland regarding works on Bengullion 29’^ November 4-8 pm VMB risk register for the town.
Concerns raised with traffic management and dangerous buildings. JM enquired about Bird Flu cases in the area
PUBLIC QUESTIONS.
J Rich raised concerns regarding anti social behaviour at the bus terminal at Kinloch Road.
Mrs Rich contacted The Hub, Youth Impact and West Coast Motors regarding the behaviour of youths congregating at the bus stops, she has spoken to the Police and they have said they would monitor the area.
Cllr Kelly suggested CC request council to monitor the location with CCTV.
